Paged Plywood S.A. makes every effort to ensure that the personal data of customers and contractors are processed in accordance with the law and secured using the latest technology. We are also committed to acting openly and transparently. That is why we have prepared this page for you, where you will find the most important information regarding the processing of personal data and matters concerning the protection of your privacy.
Principles for the protection of your personal data
Paged Plywood S.A. collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)). Accordingly, Paged Plywood S.A.:
- processes your personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner (principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency);
- collects and processes your personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and never continues processing in a manner incompatible with those purposes (principle of purpose limitation);
- collects and processes only the data necessary to achieve a given purpose (principle of data minimisation);
- makes every effort to ensure that your data are always accurate and up to date (principle of accuracy); does not process your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the given purpose (principle of storage limitation);
- processes your data in a manner that ensures appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures (principle of integrity and confidentiality);
- takes all actions to be able to demonstrate compliance with the GDPR (principle of accountability).
Only authorised employees or associates have direct access to personal data processed by the company. In addition, personal data may be disclosed to relevant public institutions in connection with their activities required by law, as well as to entities supporting the company in the implementation of data processing purposes.
Paged Plywood S.A. requires its subcontractors and suppliers who process personal data on its behalf to process them in accordance with the above principles and the GDPR. External entities have access to personal data only on the basis of personal data processing agreements or other regulations enabling the transfer of personal data.
Detailed information on the processing of your personal data
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR, we inform you that:
1) The controller of your personal data is:

2) Data Protection Officer:
The Controller has appointed Mr Paweł Markiewicz as Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at: iod@m3mcom.pl or at the address indicated in point 1 above.
3) Your personal data will be processed on the basis of:
a) Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, to the extent necessary to receive marketing materials informing about the services offered by the Controller, in accordance with the consent you have granted, which may be withdrawn at any time,
b) Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, to the extent necessary to handle the matter you have submitted and to take steps to conclude an agreement between the Controller and you,
c) Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, to the extent necessary to fulfil the legal obligations of the Controller,
d) Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, for the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting of marketing the goods and services offered by the Controller, as well as for the establishment, defence and pursuit of potential claims, and for the purposes of replying to enquiries sent via the contact form.
4) Your personal data will not be disclosed, except where the provision of such data results from applicable legal provisions.
5) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.
6) Your personal data will be stored until the purpose of their processing ceases or until you withdraw your consent to their processing.
7) You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability, i.e. to receive from the Controller your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (you may transmit this data to another data controller - the right to data portability does not apply to data constituting a trade secret).
8) You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
9) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
10) Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to properly address and handle the matter you have submitted via the form.
11) Your personal data will not be subject to automated processing, nor will they be profiled.
